I have a weekend off?!!

I have been running non-stop since May and this is one of only a few Saturdays i have scheduled to have off.

Whew!…

Well actually it will not be a weekend off for me though. Sarah and I just bought one of these things:

We are moving to Melrose! Melrose is a mere 7 miles from downtown Boston and is connected to the city with both a subway and commuter train so we are not quite leaving the area. It will be nice to have real neighbors for a change and not the revolving door of students we have in Porter Square where we live currently.

Sarah and I are so excited to have for the first time as a couple, a driveway, dishwasher and non-coin operated laundry. I am also getting a nice sized finished basement to move my editing suite and office into. If anyone knows of someone who would like to barter photography for dry-walling, floor laying, tree arboring (is that a word?) or general contracting, please pass along my information.

The weekend will be spent packing boxes sorting through random accumulated swag for our “moving” tag sale we are having Sunday. Stop on by for a cup of coffee if you can and you might find that one treasure you have always been looking for.
